Cancellation policy
Cancellation is free of charge up to 8 weeks before arrival.
If you are unable to start your holiday due to unforeseen circumstances, please inform us as early as possible. We will make every effort to re-let the apartment. If this is not possible, 90% of the total travel price will be charged in accordance with EU regulations.
High season notice
If short booking gaps arise at short notice during the high season, a shorter stay may be possible upon request.

Our recommendation: We advise taking out travel cancellation insurance.
The five apartments, each about 60 square meters, are divided into two types and offer
a comfortable holiday home to 2-5 people in each season. They all have a very
good and contemporary equipment. We are a non-smoking hotel.
Bed linen, towels and final cleaning are already included in the price.
Extra costs only arise from the use of the washing machine (4 € per wash)
and the tourist tax (1.50 € per day/person from the age of 16 years).
It is combined with the Konus guest card which enables you to use the
outdoor pools in Oberkirch and Oppenau as well as buses and regional
trains for free in the whole Black Forest.
